RAM Ball 1" Diameter with Thread, Use with Double Socket Arm
The RAM-B-273 is used to replace the bolt on the RAM double socket arm where the RAM-B-273 provides a way of providing a second mount ball for an additional device, as shown in the inset photo.
Photo above shows the RAM-B-273 installed on a Double Socket Arm.
This ball is made up of a 1" ball connecting to a 1/4"-20 threaded stud with a length of 1.6". You can cut the threaded stud to any length you need for mounting using the 1/4"-20 threaded stud.
For extra mounting, just replace the middle bolt in the Double Socket arm with this unit and you will be able to have 2 different devices attached to one RAM Mount.
Shown below a Chatterbox Radio and Drink Cup Holder both mounted to one U-Bolt Base. The Drink Cup holders arm is attached to the RAM-B-273 1" ball. The extra 1" ball is attached to the double socket arm that the Chatterbox Radio is being held by.
