Products& Ordering:  We specialize in personal service with the lowest prices available.

• We  try to use most products on our own bikes and also get feedback on what our customers want.
• We have close working relationships with all of our vendors and have special agreements with most. This allows us to get high volume discounts and in a lot of cases, earlier shipments of items for our customers.

• We carry name brand products that have a reputation for quality.  The pricing of our products reflect their quality and range from mid-priced to upper end.  These products are designed to last and in a lot of cases, for the life of the vehicle.

  We do not carry some of the lower quality discount brands due to customer satisfaction issues.  In most cases, you get what you pay for!

• We receive our Bike Application information from the product manufacturers and our distributors. 
  Product application is based on the stock version of the bikes listed.
  If you already have added accessories to your bike, some products listed on our site might interfere with your custom configuration. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us or the manufacturer.
  Hold the item up to your bike first to verify any clearance issues with other after market accessories that you have installed.  Once you have bolted it on, we can not take it back.
• Products listed as "Universal" do not necessarily mean that they fit every bike produced. It only means that the product was not designed to be used with a specific set of bikes. Some modification may be needed to fit your specific bike.  We try to be as specific as we can about size and application.  If you have additional questions about the product, or how it attaches, please contact us or the manufacturer. 
• After checkout you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.  (That is as long as you typed in your correct email address.)  When we complete your internet order you will get an automatic email with shipping information.  If you go through checkout and order as a guest, you will not be able to log in afterward to look at the status of your order.
• We use the Chatterbox radios and are able to help most of the time with radio decisions, questions on accessories and applications.
• We try to include honest information about our products and accessories.  So, please read all of the descriptions about the products you wish   to purchase before placing your order.
• Sign up for our News Letter.  We email a news letter approximately once a month with new items, special sales items, how to advice, and discount codes to our customers on our email list.  We do not share any email addresses with anyone.  You will not be spammed and can be removed from our list automatically at any time.
  

Pricing:    All pricing is in US funds (US Dollars)

• Our prices are very competitive and, in most cases our prices including shipping, are the lowest you will find on the internet.  We sell locally for the same prices as on our Internet Site.
  
• Any items that we price match must be from a legitimate dealer for that item and also stocks the product.  The dealer must take credit cards (not just PayPal).  The items must not be a closeout or from auctions.  Remember that price is not always everything.  Your warranty is worthless if not purchased from a legitimate dealer that you can contact afterward.  
• We do not charge handling fees.
• Our business is based on excellent customer service, best prices and product knowledge.
• We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.  We do not bill or charge  your credit card until the item(s) are actually shipped. 
  All orders are manually screened for fraudulent credit card use prior to processing  All attempts to place fraudulent orders are recorded and forwarded to the proper local and international authorities.
• PayPal Checkout is available.  After completing checkout if you picked PayPal we will verify parts availability and then authorize the PayPal payment.

Value-Accessories accepts orders from most International countries under the following terms and conditions: 

• All International orders are manually screened for fraudulent credit card use prior to processing. All attempts to place fraudulent orders are recorded and forwarded to the proper local and international authorities.
• Depending on the value of your order or your country of destination, we may require additional identification.  Cashiers Checks and Money Orders are not accepted from outside of the US, we can not verify authenticity and the money orders have to be in US Dollars.
• Additional ID: If we request additional identification from you, please fax or email us a legible copy or jpg/gif of your credit card (front and back) along with a copy of a piece of your picture ID. Our fax number is 1-440-259-4718.  Email your jpg or gif file as an attachment to valueacc@valueaccessories.net.

No Hidden Fees:  

• We add no hidden transaction, service or handling fees.  You will not get any surprises at the end of Check out.

PRIVACY STATEMENT & SECURITY: 

• For Security & Fraud purposes, we collect the IP Address of every order.

• Your personal information will never under any circumstances be sold, traded or made public. 

• Our store site is verified Hacker Safe daily by McAfee Secure.

  Shipping:  

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on items shipped from us (Cont. U.S.) on all orders over $100, $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $100.  There are only a couple of exceptions where we are only allowed to drop ship from the supplier.  The drop ship cost is stated on the page and is only what we are charged.
  
• We allow you to choose the type of shipping that you desire from, Flat Rate, Free Shipping, USPS Priority & International, FedEX / Int, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day Air.  We do not add handling fees. 
  Signature required available, let us know in notes if you desire this (small fee applies).  Due to fraud and theft from drop off locations we do add signature required for more expensive packages.
  We are not liable for packages after they are left at your desired ship to location.
  Flat Rate & Free Shipping Domestic Orders ship both UPS and USPS Mail based on the most economic options at the time of shipping.

   
• We do ship World Wide using the Postal System and FedEx.
• You will have several different options for USPS International Shipping on Checkout. Priority Mail International, Global Express, Etc. are options and for packages under two pounds we have USPS 1st Class Mail International available.  There are a couple of very economic options for FedEx International shipping also on check out.
  Your international shipping transit times will vary depending on your country's customs.  There is no tracking for USPS International Shipping, but it is very dependable and very reasonably priced.  You will be given a Customs Number when we complete your order.  1st Class Mail International can sometimes take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, it is cheap but not very fast.
  Shipping options to a few Country's on some of the larger items may be limited by the size of the box if using the mail system.  Recently some country's have lowered the size limit for box size that can be shipped into their country with the postal system.  Size limits are determined by maximum length plus girth (dimension around the box).  If a box were 6" x 24" x 27", the dimensional value would be 87".  Most country's that we ship to are still 108" maximum but some country's like Australia have lowered their limit to 79".  We will let you know if your package can not be shipped using the Postal System and alternate International Shipping Options like FedEx.
   
• To Calculate Shipping before going through checkout (Cont. U.S.):   Select the item, then click on the add to cart button.  Keep adding if there is more then one item.  This will just add to the cart and not take you to check out.  Click View or Edit Cart.  Then under where it says Estimate Shipping you will see a box to enter your zip code and a Get Rates button.  Then click on View or Edit Cart.  This will calculate the price for several types of shipping, including the Free Shipping Option, Under $100 Flat Rate, UPS, FedEx and USPS with time frames.   If you decide not to purchase, just check the item and hit remove.
• If you pick Priority Mail or USPS international shipping for a larger item that has dimensional weight calculations built in for UPS, we will adjust the shipping cost manually for you to reflect the lower price for Priority Mail or US International Shipping.
• We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We will notify you within 24 hours during weekdays, if the item you selected is back ordered.  We will attempt to give you an estimated date that we expect to have your item in stock.  If you would like us to partially ship due to  items on back order, there will be a shipping fee.
• 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air using UPS & FedEx shipping are available.  If you select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Service, it does not guarantee that we will be able to ship that same day, though we will make every effort to do so.  We are on Eastern Standard Time Zone.
• UPS & FedEx transit times are referenced to Business Days.  Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days by UPS or FedEx.  No refunds will be provided for these shipping charges.  We will notify you if we can not ship within 24 hours.  Shipping is From Northeast Ohio.  See the UPS transit times map from Value-Accessories.
• If your shipping address that you supply us is not correct or incomplete (wrong zip codes, missing suite numbers on large buildings, etc) and we incur additional charges due to this, you will be responsible for the additional charges.  Typical additional UPS charges are $10.  If you decide to call UPS or FedEx after the package is shipped and change the delivery address, we will let you pay the $12 fee that we are charged.

Note:  For some packages using UPS & FedEx 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Priority Mail there can be a Surcharge for Dimensional Weight.  Items are notated in product descriptions if dimensional weight charges would be occurred for air delivery.  Shipping charges at check out do not reflect dimensional weight surcharges.  Effected  items would be products in a large box with a small weight.  If you are going to incur a dimensional weight surcharge, we will notify you first to give you an option for different shipping or to approve the surcharge.

LOCAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES:

• You are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes payable at your country's customs offices / Post Offices when these goods are imported into your country.
• Rates for duty and taxes vary from country to country.  You are advised to check locally with your government customs agents to see what rate you would pay.
• In the event any customs, duties and taxes for your order are billed back to us, they will be automatically billed to your credit card.
