TechNiche's Evaporative Cooling Vests provide 5-10 hours of cooling relief per 2-3 minute soaking.
They are lightweight, and durable.

For the money you really can't go wrong with these cooling vests. 

• Simple V-neck w/ zipper closure; work for a wide range of people and uses
• Comfortable, quilted nylon outer with HyperKewl^TM polymer embedded fabric inner, water-repellant nylon liner, and
• Black cotton-poly elastic trim

 Easy to Use

1. Soak garment in cool water for 1-3 minutes
2. Gently squeeze out excess water
3. Wear; repeat steps as needed
4. Hang to dry
5. Wash with brush and delicate soap (as needed)

These are "adult" sizes. This means you should choose the size you wear if purchasing an "Adult" or "Men's" T-Shirt. The elastic side panels help the vests fit a woman's shape too!
If you normally wear an "Adult Large" T-Shirt  for example, choose a Large in the vest.  If in between sizes pick next larger size.  These are designed to fit somewhat snug.

Vests should feel a bit snug when first putting them on. This allows for the best cooling. Elastic side panels allow for comfortable movement.

The manufacturer recommends patting the inside of the vest dry after soaking, but a lot of people put them on wet for added cooling.
We recommend wearing the vest over a 100% cotton tee shirt.
