If you have a FRS or X1/X2 radio with separate inputs for Aux & PTT pick the Small Pin Push to talk above.
The X1 and X2 radios which have a combined Aux and PTT input will require the Large Pin. Select large pin above. The large pin will not work with the X1 or X2 radios with separate inputs for Aux & PTT.
This is a replacement part that comes with the radio kits.
