Chatterbox Dynamic Noise Reducing Full Face Headset, X1/X2

Will not work with MultiSport or 50 Tandem Pro radios.

The  Noise Reducing headsets allow you to communicate at higher speeds and under louder conditions.  You will still have different VOX settings for slower and faster /  louder conditions.  Using the push to talk with the radios will give you easier and clearer transmission.  If you try and test these headsets without any background noise, you will need to have the VOX at appx. 12 O' clock position and will have to speak loudly.  The Noise Reducing headsets are looking for ambient noise to cancel out and will operate differently when you are riding.  These headsets work very well for snowmobiles also.

A noise reducing headset extension cord is available for use with the Noise Reducing Headset. This Headset can also be used for the passenger. The passenger will need a Noise Reducing Headset Extension Cord.  (This headset will not work with a standard stereo headset ext. cord.)
An Audio Adapter Cord is also available that will allow you to listen to all of your music on your Chatterbox Headset without using your Chatterbox Radio System or Intercom.

The microphone used on this headset MUST be positioned close to, and directly in front of your mouth. If the mic is positioned elsewhere, it will not function properly.
This headset does not come with the Radio Mounting Bracket. If you are purchasing this headset for an extra helmet and want to mount the radio on that helmet, purchase the Full Face Mounting Bracket also.

Note: If you are using an intercom both the driver and passenger must have matching headsets (noise reducing or standard stereo)
