Due to high customer demand, occasionally items are backordered from the factory.  We attempt to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will e-mail you if an item is back ordered, with an expected date when we are expecting to have the item in stock. We attempt to keep all Chatterbox products in stock. We try to keep all of the most popular chrome products in stock for most bikes.  If you don't see something from one of our suppliers that you are interested in, let us know.

  We will NEVER hold an order for any reason if the items are in-stock. We will contact you for authorization for partial shipments if a portion of your order is back ordered.  So please understand any shipping delays are caused by OUR suppliers, and not Value-Accessories.

  After checkout you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.  That is as long as you typed in the correct email address.  When we complete your internet order you will get an automatic email, if you picked UPS there will a tracking number (there are not tracking numbers for priority mail).  If you sign in as a guest, you will not be able to log in afterward to look at the status of your order.

We do not bill your credit card until merchandise is shipped.
